《中国、欧洲和南美民间组织对话会后续案例集（英文版）》讲述世界上不同行动者之间的对话和协调对于构建世界民主治理至关重要。然而，尽管世界各地区的不同公民、行业、商业和文化领域的接触不断增加，但是其目标和愿望并非总是以一个声音讲话，以弥补全球化留下的政治空缺。2013年5月在北京举行的“中国—欧洲—南美民间组织三方对话会”表达了这种愿望，并发表了下述联合宣言。这一共识涉及改变我们连系方式的几个基本方面。
