This is the story of two Nutbrown Hares, Big Nutbrown HareandLittle Nutbrown Hare. The two are never stated to be father andsonin the original storybooks, though are referred to as such inthenarration for the animated television series. Little NutbrownHareasks Big Nutbrown Hare the titular question, "Guess how much Iloveyou?", and the book continues as the two use larger andlargermeasures to quantify how much they love each other in answerto thequestion. The story is simple, but effectively shows the lovethetwo share for each other.
