简介
《计算机专业英语》的选材和编写力求满足大纲中列写的课程教学任务和基本教学要求，即：通过课程的学习，学生应能掌握计算机应用中常用英语词汇和习惯表达方式，掌握技术英语的阅读方法，具有熟练阅读和翻译英文计算机技术文献和资料，使用英语获取专业知识和信息的能力。《计算机专业英语》分为九章。其内容既包含有计算机科学与技术中的传统的基础内容，也包含了一些当今的研究和应用热点。这九章的划分是：第一章计算机硬件基础；第二章操作系统；第三章应用软件；第四章数据库系统；第五章编程与设计；第六章软件工程；第七章计算机网络；第八章计算机应用系统；第九章计算机应用的扩展知识。
