简介
《社会保障法（第3版）》是中国人民大学21世纪法学系列教材之一。社会保障法作为一部在社会生活中极其重要的法律，与全体社会成员密切相关。学习和掌握社会保障法，不仅在理论上十分必要，而且对于我国社会主义法制建设具有重要的现实意义。
本教材在考虑教材建设基本要求的前提下，注重对现实问题的关注和思考。对于社会保障法律制度的主要问题，教材在回顾历史沿革后，重点讨论该问题的现实状况；立足于我国从新民主主义时期、新中国成立以来社会保障法律制度建设的历程，同时更主要论述改革开放以来，尤其是十一届三中全会以来的变化、发展和目标。作者对于不同类型的国外社会保障制度的探讨，以及在对于社会保障国际公约和建议书的阐述中，都试图以为我国社会保障法律制度建设的现实服务作为出发点和目的地。
本教材主要适用对象为各高等学校法律专业本科生、研究生、双学士、夜大、函授生以及自学考试的本科生、研究生。
