简介
首先，根据语言的发展趋势，着重将书中陈旧的词汇和习语逐一作了修订，并对贸易术语、习惯用法和语言难点增加了注释；其次，作者亦对内容作了增删，像市场行情整个单元的文章全部更新，突出了商品市场、股市和期货方面的内容。并在附录中增添了常用《1990年国际贸易术语解释通则》，并将答案编入附录。
