法律文化是一个宏观的法学新思维，它渗透在人类的法律实践活动之中。法律文化既体现在作为隐性的法律意识形态之中，也体现在作为显性的法律制度性结构之中。法律文化既是历史文化的遗留，也是现实的人类创造。本书作者详细梳理了英美国家的法律文化，视野宽阔、论点扎实，深入浅出的内容很适合作为广大院校的法律文化教科书。《英美法律文化教程》是“全国高等院校法律英语专业统编教材”系列之一。作者为中国政法大学的张法连教授。本书共有三部分组成：一部分为英国法律文化知识介绍；第二部分珠岙介绍美国法律文化知识；第三部分为选择阅读，主要介绍英美法系的加拿大、澳大利亚及新加坡的法律文化知识。
