简介
《电影英语视听说》系列教程是依据教育部强化学生听说能力的有关要求，针对我国英语学习者视听说能力普遍欠缺的现状，采用英语原版电影这一喜闻乐见的形式编写而成的一套视听说综合教程。目的是让学习者通过电影中原汁原味的视听内容和配套的习题来切实提高自己的听说能力。与以往的同类教程相比，本系列教程在编选原则、片源选择和体例上均有所突破。
本系列教程坚持寓教于乐的原则，在编选过程中，力图编选各类别电影中颇具代表性的作品，所选影片多为近二十年英美影坛的经典作品，每个类别中的几部电影也各有特色。在充分利用电影的语言学习功能的同时，兼顾电影的娱乐和欣赏功能，在每个影片类型之前和之后分别设置了电影类型介绍和电影插曲填空两部分，在一套教程中实现了语言学习和电影知识欣赏两者的有机结合，因此本教程非常适合广大英语学习者在学习英语视听说技能的同时，欣赏并了解电影的相关知识。
《电影英语视听说.2(爱情片 喜剧片)》不提供电影的影像资料，由读者自行查找，各册具体内容如下：第一册介绍动画片和音乐片；第二册介绍爱情片和喜剧片；第三册介绍科幻片和故事片；第四册介绍纪录片和战争片。每个单元包含电影档案(附imdb检索信息和生词表)、电影剪辑提示、视听问题(含选择题、是非题、填空题和简短回答题)和口语问题(含角色扮演、话题讨论和复述)。本教程每册共分八个单元，可供视听说课程单独使用，也可与阅读教程等其他教程搭配使用。
