纪瑛琳编*的《语言认知与空间研究》从三大方面,以交叉学科的视角,选取了八篇经典*作,既回顾了语言,认知与空间研究的源头,又充分展现了此学术领域当前研究的巨大活力,同时昭示了在传统语言学与心理学,行为科学及认知科学多维度借鉴融合的背景下,语言与空间研究领域强大的发展动力。 本书**章探讨了空间运动事件类型学方面的几个主要问题,澄清了等值框架化语言中多成分动词的功能,并指出空间表达的类型学研究要聚焦典型化模式来突出关键性特征。本书第二章从儿童一语习得和成人二语习得两个角度探讨在表达运动事件的过程中,哪些因素起主导作用。学者们的研究显示在二语习得的过程中,进行空间信息的实时重组,甚至进行某种空间思维模式的瞬时部分性调整都不是不可能的任务。*后一章集中展示了传统意义上的语言学和认知科学,心理科学,尤其是儿童发展心理学在研究手段和测量方法上的借鉴与融合。所选文章均揭示了语言类型学特征对心理认知的影响,从实证的角度科学地论证了沃尔夫假说的有效程度。
