简介
本书阐明了国际移民法学的研究对象及其理论体系，强调移民立法必
须坚持“迁徙自由”等四项基本原则，在比较国际社会现行护照、签证和
国籍法律制度的基础上，简述了亚洲、欧洲、美洲、非洲及大洋洲若干国
家的移民法律与政策，指出《申根协定》对国际移民活动的影响将是深远
的。本书的出版有助于《中华人民共和国出入境法》的制定，对指导我国
公安、外事机关出入境管理部门的业务工作，对依法规范移民中介、留学
中介、劳务输出中介亦有参考价值。
