《新英语语法》是按当代英语语法的观点、理论、方法和术语编写的一部语法书。它涉及问题深广，理论性较强。是通俗语法的继续和深化。疑难点问题一般采用英英释义或结构对比的方法处理，一目了然，全书共24章，各章所论述的问题基本以专题的方式编写，以突出重点和难点。书后备有英汉索引和原文参考书目。
