简介
陶仕娟主编的《邮轮实用英语》以邮轮服务工作过程为载体，按照国际邮轮的服务核心岗位的需要，将邮轮服务整合为前台、客舱、餐厅、娱乐四大模块，引导学生掌握服务英语的表达技巧。在每个工作模块之内，依据相应岗位的服务职责、关键环节、操作流程与操作技能安排教学与训练单元，让学牛在清楚理解各个工作岗位的标准程序，模拟对客服务、处理投诉、应对突发情况等工作过程，使学牛能够逐个环节地掌握国际邮轮服务的语青应用和岗位操作技能。
