简介
《酒店英语》是高职高专行业英语系列教材之一,其目的是向学生传授与酒店管理和服务相关的英语知识。全书一共分为4章。这四章分别为:前台服务、客房服务、餐饮服务、其他辅助性服务。主题的4章又分别由4~6个单元组成,全书共18个单元。同时本书作者还针对酒店英语的使用特点而编写了大量的听力与口语练习,通过这些练习,学生可以掌握一定的酒店英语交际能力并能在实际的工作中较好地运用。
