简介
今年是中国改革开放30年。30年改革与发展的实践证明，中国渐进式市场化改革的道路是成功的，中国已经成为发展中的市场经济国家，其市场经济的性质已经得到了越来越多国家的承认；同时，中国经济发展取得的成就令世人瞩目，彻底摘掉了贫穷落后的帽子，昂首步入了发展中的中等收入国家的行列。在这30年里，一方面体制改革促进了经济发展，另一方面经济发展为推进体制改革奠定了基础；改革与发展彼此联系，相互促进，推动中华民族伟大复兴的梦想将在不远的未来成为现实。
2008年是中国改革开放30周年。30年在人类历史长河中不过是极其微小的一个片段，但恰恰是在这30年里，中国的经济、社会、政治、文化等发生了巨大变化，基本实现了由传统的计划经济体制向市场经济体制，由低水平收入国家向中等收入水平国家的双重过渡或双重变迁（陈宗胜，1999）。总体上看，中国的改革与发展是极其成功的。改革与发展是彼此相互联系、互相促进的，体制改革提高了资源配置效率，促进了经济发展；反过来，经济发展水平的提高，也为进一步推进体制改革打下了坚实基础。更多>>
